Our cleaning team would greatly appreciate it if you would run the dishwasher! Load any used items, add the pod, and just press start! Make sure to remove all your personal belongings from the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen area!
Smoking of any kind within this property will result in additional cleaning fees, starting at $500.00 or more. Ring Camera on exterior of home monitors front entryway. Cameras are ON and recording if it detects any motion during the reservation. The camera is only outside for the safety of ourselves and our guests. Please be advised that lake water levels are subject to control by the power company and may vary based on drought conditions. We cannot be held responsible for fluctuations in water levels, and guests are encouraged to check local conditions for the latest information.
THIS IS A VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT UNDER THE NORTH CAROLINA VACATION RENTAL ACT. THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT ARE DEFINED BY LAW AND INCLUDE UNIQUE PROVISIONS PERMITTING THE DISBURSEMENT OF RENT PRIOR TO TENANCY AND EXPEDITED EVICTION OF TENANTS. YOUR SIGNATURE ON THIS AGREEMENT, OR PAYMENT OF MONEY OR TAKING POSSESSION OF THE PROPERTY AFTER RECEIPT OF THE AGREEMENT, IS EVIDENCE OF YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT AND YOUR INTENT TO USE THIS PROPERTY FOR A VACATION RENTAL.
